China Direct data transmissions are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit or higher digital encryption. Furthermore no credit card details are stored on our server as all transactions are re-directed to and processed securely on a server hosted payment facility.

Governing Law

This policy and the use of this Site are governed by Fiji law. If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration within the legal jurisdiction of Fiji.

Customer Satisfaction

You our customer are the very reason we are able to exist so your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not happy with our service or products please contact us as soon as possible so as we can discuss and resolve your issues.

Credit Card payments

All Credit Card payments are processed through Mastercards secured hosted payments page. Your Credit Card information will never be stored by China Direct.


All amounts shown are in Fiji Dollars and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) for purchases within Fiji. For International purchases the net amount shown at checkout will be without the 15% VAT.

Payments can be made online using credit cards. All transactions are and processed securely on a server hosted payment processing facility.

Payments can also be made by other methods such as Bank Transfer, Money Order, Direct Deposits, Company Check and Vodafone Money Transfer Services – M-PAiSA etc. but shipping delays may be incurred until payment is processed.

International Bank Transfers will incur an additional FD$25.00 fee to cover bank charges. Bank details are as follows:

Shipping Information

Upon verification of payment, goods in stock will be shipped within 24 hrs for orders received during weekdays.

The purchaser will be notified using the contact details provided should there be any delays in fulfilling the order. It is important to ensure that contact details are correctly entered and that a physical delivery address is provided.

China Direct exclusively uses DHL Express for deliveries within Fiji are generally overnight within Viti Levu or three working days onward for the rest of Fiji depending on availability of transportation and freight space. Freight costs and delivery on bulk purchases will be advised on a case by case basis.

International deliveries by courier are normally within one week of shipment. Import duty and clearance of items purchased are the responsibility of the purchaser who must be aware of their Country’s importation regulations if any.

Order Cancellation and Product Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

If payment has been made either online or by bank remittance etc., the order has not been shipped and purchaser wishes to cancel please email us on support@eshopchinadirect .com or use our online contact form stating online transaction I.D. or invoice number. Please note that while funds will be reimbursed in full for online transactions, refunds on other payment methods will be amount paid less refund fees incurred.
Important!! Exceptions to cancellations and returns will be in the case of special orders of non-stock items. We will provide a replacement for a special order item that is defective through damage or factory fault but as most of our suppliers do not accept product returns apart from damaged or defective items we have no choice but to apply the same conditions to the end-user so please ensure that the correct product is specified prior to order confirmation.

2. Product Returns for regular Stock Items will be handled as follows:

    1. Product has been received but purchaser wishes to return it.
         a.) The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.
         b.) Purchaser must contact us to notify us that they wish to return the item within 14 calendar     days of receiving the item. Purchaser will then receive return   instructions from us.
   2. Purchaser’s refund will be issued in one of the two following manners upon mutual agreement.
         a.) Receipt of the full amount purchaser originally paid for the returned item as a store credit, OR
         b.) Receive a refund for the amount purchaser originally paid LESS a 15% restocking fee and bank charges.
   3. In either case, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges to return the product to us.
   4. For damaged in shipment or warranty claims on defective products please contact us as soon as possible providing transaction I.D. or invoice number and details of problem encountered. We will respond with instructions. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges to return the product to us.

Please note that China Direct will not be liable for the following defects during the Warranty Period:
1.    New installations - products physically or electrically damaged during installation apart     from those carried out by a partner service facility. Please contact us for details of our     partner service agents.
2.    Water damage, incorrect polarity, mishandling or any other instances that are outside the     scope of the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
